Subprocessors
The third parties involved in running this service, what each does, and what data reaches them.
Enterprise procurement asks who else touches the data. This is the list, and it is kept current rather than written once.
Current subprocessors
| Provider | What it does | What reaches it |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Object storage for artifacts — rendered pages and screenshots — and compute | Collected page content; no account or payment details |
| Cloudflare | This public website, DNS and the domain registration | Nothing but requests to the marketing site |
| Stripe | Card payment processing | Billing contact and card details, collected by Stripe directly — they do not pass through our servers |
| Anthropic | The optional llm extraction tier | Only the page content of requests where you explicitly include llm in levels. Requests without it never reach a model |
What the LLM tier does and does not see
The llm tier is opt-in per request. If you never pass it in levels, no page content is sent to a model, and there is nothing to reason about.
Where it is used, only the content of the page being extracted is sent — never your account details, never other customers' data, and never the contents of a different request.
Changes
We will announce a new subprocessor by email to account owners at least 30 days before it starts processing, so that you have time to object. If you object and we cannot accommodate you, you may terminate for that reason without penalty.
Data processing terms
A data processing agreement is available on request. Since we do not collect personal data from the sites we read, the personal data involved is limited to your own account and billing records.
