• Questions about a setup you already run

We check the sites before you subscribe. What we have confirmed we can read, we sell on a standard plan; what needs an API, a feed, permission or bespoke handling, we quote after the terms and the cost are settled. What we cannot read, we do not take on.

What we do with what you send

We use it only to reply to you and to carry on that conversation. To reply, your name, company, email address and message go to the people here who handle it. Our privacy policy has the detail.

About replies

We do not promise a reply within N hours — we do not publish figures we have not measured. You get a reference number straight away; quote it if you follow up.
